The Foundation will consider proposals from qualified applicants whose requests for funding fall within the Foundation's granting guidelines. The Cropo Foundation has a two-step procedure:  

       1.  A  brief, one page summary application form.

• The preliminary application form is required before the second step Full Application Guidelines will be sent. 
• The one page summary preliminary application will be responded to within 30 days of receiving it.

        2.  Full Proposal

• Applicants will be sent deadlines for submissions in time for the next directors granting session once the full proposal has been reviewed and accepted.

The grant seeker may also be asked to meet with Foundation directors to discuss the project in person.
